Auto blog keyword is an internal tool built and used by the operator of Money Compass (https://mane-compass.com), a Japanese-language site about household finance and financial products. It is not distributed publicly and cannot be used by anyone other than the operator.
What it does
Money Compass publishes explanatory articles about household budgeting and comparing financial products. Before writing an article, the operator needs to know which words readers actually search for. Auto blog keyword automates that check. It:
- retrieves estimated search volumes for candidate article topics,
- narrows the candidates down to subjects people are genuinely searching for, and
- saves the resulting shortlist on the operator’s own computer.
This avoids spending time on topics nobody is interested in.
Google API and scope
- Scope requested:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords - Account accessed: the operator’s own Google Ads account
- Data retrieved: Keyword Planner metrics — average monthly search volume estimates, related keyword suggestions, and accompanying competition and bid indicators
- Not performed: creating, modifying, pausing or deleting campaigns, ad groups or ads; changing billing information or account settings; reading Google account profile data
This is the narrowest scope available. The Google Ads API does not offer a read-only scope or a keyword-planning-only scope, so this scope is required even though the tool only reads keyword metrics.
How retrieved data is handled
- Stored only in the local environment of a device managed by the operator; never transmitted to an external server.
- Used solely to select article topics. Never used for advertising, AI or machine-learning training, or data brokerage.
- Never provided, sold, lent or shared to any third party.
- Deleted once no longer needed.
- No personal information of third parties, including site visitors, is acquired by the tool.
- The operator can revoke access at any time from the “Third-party apps & services” settings of their Google Account.

Auto blog keyword の目的
当サイトは、家計や金融商品の比較に関する解説記事を掲載しています。どのテーマを記事にするかを決める際、読者が実際に検索している言葉を確認する必要があります。Auto blog keyword は、その確認作業を自動化するために作られました。
具体的には、次のことを行います。
- 記事のテーマ候補となるキーワードについて、検索ボリュームの目安を取得する
- 取得した数値をもとに、実際に検索されているテーマを絞り込む
- 絞り込んだ結果を、運営者の端末上で一覧として保存する
これにより、読者の関心が薄いテーマに時間を使うことを避け、実際に知りたい人がいるテーマから記事を作成できます。
使用する Google API と権限
Auto blog keyword は、Google Ads API を使用します。
- 要求する権限（スコープ）：
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords - アクセスする対象：運営者自身が保有する Google 広告アカウント
- 取得する情報：キーワードプランナーの検索ボリューム関連データ（月間平均検索回数の目安、関連キーワードの候補）
- 行わない操作：広告キャンペーン・広告グループ・広告の作成、変更、停止、削除は一切行いません。請求情報およびアカウント設定の変更も行いません。
この権限は、キーワードの参照のために必要な最小限の範囲です。Google Ads API はキーワードプランナーの機能を利用するためにこのスコープを要求するため、これより狭い権限を選ぶことができません。
取得したデータの取り扱い
- 取得したデータは、運営者が管理する端末のローカル環境にのみ保存します。外部のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
- データは記事テーマの選定にのみ使用し、それ以外の目的には使用しません。
- 第三者へ提供、販売、共有することはありません。
- 不要になった時点で削除します。
- 当サイトの訪問者を含む第三者の個人情報を、本ツールが取得することはありません。
- 運営者は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製アプリとサービス」の設定から、本ツールのアクセス権をいつでも取り消すことができます。
